I don't get why having 4/6 numbers nets you a greater prize than 5/6?

So say for example the jackpot is 15 million, if you get 4/6 numbers you get 9 % of that which is about 1.3 million?

you are misunderstanding the page.
Those numbers refer to the total $ allocated to 4/6 & the total $ allocated to 5/6. etc

If 4/6 was=$1.3m, I would be a millionaire many times over !

4/6 gets you approx $70.00
5/6 approx $2000

depending on the number of winners per prize category.

And this is the catch: it is always possible that a lower number of winning numbers may net you a bigger amount than an higher number. This was recently the case where the winners with 5 numbers won more than those with 5+ bonus number.
