Does anyone used the Lottery Tracker & Wheeler (Power Player edition) and can rate it success? I am interested in the texas pick 3 and cash 5 games. I have a limited budget. I am looking to buy the lottery director and another lottery software. Can anyone compare the lottery tracker& wheeler to the Lottohat and/or Lotto Logic 2000 Professional software.
