Life of # picks

I was wondering...I play pick 5/49, lotto 6/69 and Powerball 5/49 +1.

As my numbers come from histories--the 6/69 (for example) is drawn 2Xweek--how wise is it to play the same combination for both weekly drawings? Or should I always play the new computer picks?

I play my own numbers all the time but wish I never..
I have too now because I know them off hand.
IF I were starting again I would just go with insta piks and sometimes I would play a wheel and throw them away when finished..
But some players would like to play the same numbers all the time. No odds anything can happen and your own picks can come up as well as insta piks ..

Autopicks vs. wheel systems

Hi Sheba
You said "I play my own numbers all the time but wish I never.."
You didn't finish the sentence. Do you mean you never should play your own numbers? "If I were starting again I would just go with insta piks and sometimes I would play a wheel and throw them away when finished."

Not sure what you mean here.

I wonder how many people would agree with autopicks vs. wheels?

Job, I enjoy the challenge of picking my own numbers then wheeling them. Rarely do I get instant/quick piks.

I have a standard set of numbers I play if I don't have time to look at the draw or I am out of town and don't have access to any analysis. Otherwise, normally I pick 'n wheel 12.

Job, how high does your 6/69 jackpot get to?

Beaker,
Q: "How high does your 6/69 jackpot get to?
A: $15,000,000 this week.

"I enjoy the challenge of picking my own numbers then wheeling them."

Q: How do you pick?

"I have a standard set of numbers I play"

Q: Standard?

Q: "Normally I pick 'n wheel 12." 12 numbers or tickets?

I do the same as Beaker ...I have a standard set that I always play....as for quick picks I never play any as I get much more from what I choose...and for those that are preaching the contrairy I would say that my hints are unmatched...like it or not!!!

What I mean is that I do play the same numbers now for about 15 years and I am kinda obligated to keep playing them because I do know them and if they came up and I never played well that would be bad. As for wheeling, I do make up a set of 12 numbers and wheel them into 15 tickets when the jackpot grows to 10 million or so but I do not get to know these numbers therefore I do not have to play them for everydraw as it do get expensive.( I make up a different set based on hot/cold numebrs and hints from this site)
As for going with autopiks vs wheels just to a poll in this form and see what the answer will be. I myself would rather play wheels all the time but it is too expensive..
If you have any more questions just ask... Hope this clears up a things a bit and sorry for the confusion..

Have a great Lottery Week..

All the best
Sheba... :)

They represent the best sets performing sets for each single numbers....they are made up for a 7 numbers wheels....play only a few of them all the time and you have gotten yourself a standard set.....

 Standard is a funny term. I have a set list of 12 numbers that I will play on occasion, if I have not done any analysis.

For me, I look at history, review some software output, and try to go with my gut. My strategy focuses in a number of areas: repeaters, consecutives, Last Digits (LDs), decades, frequency of short/medium/long term historys (5/10/21/100 draws). I also look at history within history for announcing numbers.

I wheel 12 numbers with either DN wheels or abbreviated and normally a 5/6 guarantee - numbers of tickets can be 28/42 or up to 132 if I feel lucky.

The question still is what is a "standard set" and how do you develop one?
If you want a list of 12 numbers, take the top 6 numbers giving the maximum winning combinations and add the next 6 numbers maximizing LD's, consecutives and decades.:agree:

You don't know which ones to choose??? Watch for my hints regularly and watch also from other players tips....then play the correct set of numbers accordingly....

Hi,

I don't recall playing the same set of numbers twice in any lotto type of lottery so I don't have a "standard" set to keep. I do in Keno. I change my picks each time I play Lotto.

LT's top 20 are played for 10 draws in a row befor a change and I also play one set for many years. I play the one line for the same reason as Sheba has said .. what if it ever came up and I had not played it just that once :D

How can we not do that after we get our favourite set of six. Dennis I hope that your six win tonight!

 Florie says "I don't recall playing the same set of numbers twice in any lotto type of lottery so I don't have a "standard" set to keep. I do in Keno. Okay, I entered 10 Nos. for the Pennsylvania Powerball (drawn 2X/wk). Accordingly, Florie would only play them 1 draw while LT would play them for 10 draws. Is this right?

LT once hit all 7 numbers ...many will say that it is best to let the hot numbers drying out so you have to play them for at least 7 to 10 draws....others on the contrairy will pretend that you have to follow the quick changes in these to obtain success and I'm sure that Florie obtained good results by playing his strategy..bottom line is both ways are good ...you still have to catch the right numbers...go with what you think is best for you and be patient....wins will happen!! :agree2:
