Legal to sell software?

Guys,

Is it legal to re-sell software that you have purchased?

If so, I have a copy of Lottonet XP for sale. You would need to subscribe to Dietners Gold Membership service (around $50.00 extra) to get it to do anything useful.

To be honest, I have found it to be utter garbage. But if anyone want's to try this crap at 1/3rd the price then pm me.

Only $50.00 AUS and in mint condition.

I would pitty the person who would purchase it. I'm still being loyal to the program (god knows why ) and am still flushing large amounts of money down the toilet. Really, REALLY disappointing. Still getting pathetic results despite the fact I have been using it properly for many months now.

It is legal to re-sell software, however the site subscription may not be offered seperately, so the person who bought it might still have to buy a full priced copy from the site to get access to the database. Not a bargain.
