I live in California, where we do not have Powerball. I would like to try Powerball, is it legal for me to buy Powerball tickets over the net? And also if I do win, and I have a very good feeling about Powerball, is it true that my winnings will not be taxed? Please, someone who knows this well, answer in detail!

nope...I think it is illegal to play online...some shady joints supposedly let you play for $2 a shot tho ha!

I live down in the San Diego area...I've known people who drive to AZ just to play powerball
