nice keno program, lots of filters. he's adding nice features by the week. no help file. but pretty straight forward. doesnt store data or do statistics. just set your filters and away you go. can set amount of tickets to wheel, adjacent nos filter also. heres the link or go to lottery.com

The Keno Generator is free at http://home.tiscali.nl/lsystems/, its also good for most lotteries. Thanks again to mrelmira for the link.

I emailed the developer, hopefully we'll hear from him in this forum in the future.

Step by step instructions for Keno and lotto

1.Clear all numbers by clicking down button at #NUMBERS IN GAME, Last 3 numbers(1 2 3) remove by clicking on them. Pick the numbers you wish to play by clicking on them. Turn them RED.

2.#NUMBERS IN ROW, enter amount of numbers you wish to play,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9..whatever.

3.SetMAX.OVERLAP to1 or 2 less than the #NUMBERS IN ROW

4.Select number of combos(lines) you wish to play.

5. Press START,combos will be generated.

6 When you wish to check the numbers after the draw or to backtest, press KENO check

7. Put in results and press check...hits will be shown.

As far as importing I haven't used it yet.

This is trial and error to find the best setting...ie; if you wish to play 4 number set the overlap to 2 or 3 .

Explanation of overlap

Max. Overlap :
= 0 ; Each number will appear only once
= 1 ; Each number will only appear once with another number ==>so a pair appear only once
= 2 ; a combination of 3 numbers will only appear once
= 3 ; a combination of 4 numbers will only appear once
= 4 ; a combination of 5 numbers will only appear once
= 5 ; a combination of 6 numbers will only appear once
= 6 ; etc..

This is not prediction software ... it only filters and you do not enter past draws, dates etc.

Something else to try,

Use the filters and set a favourite number

Use the filters and pick up to 3 last digits

Last Digit=2; range= 2-3 (minimum and maximum appearance of this LD in the next draw.
Last Digit = 3; range = 1-2
Last Digit = 9; range = 2-3

So all you have to do is predict 3 LDs' and their ranges plus your favourite number you think will appear and $$$

Test Results (10 times= 100 combinations) ;
Match 1 ; 5x (= 5*1 free tickets)
Match 2 ; 14x
Match 3 ; 29x
Match 4 ; 29x (=29*1 free tickets)
Match 5 ; 17x (17* 10 Euro = 170 Euro)
Match 6 ; 4x (4 * 40 Euro = 160 Euro)
Match 7 ; 2x (2 * 150 Euro = 300 Euro)
Match 8 ; 0x
Match 9 ; 0x
Match 10 ; 0x

Costs = 100 Euro ( $130 )
Profit = 630 - 100 = 530 Euro ( $698) plus 34 free tickets.

So all you have to do is predict 3 last digits and their
ranges plus your favourite number you think that will appear...and...$$$

As you can see in this example I used only three basic filters (Last Digit, Favourite number, Max. Overlap)..and see the results..

Have you ever counted number of possible last digits combinations in a keno game? I tried once, and having 64 MB of RAM in that time my computer started to freeze from some reason...

By the way

If you are good enough to predict 3 numbers to go towards picking more numbers in your software, why waste the time? Bet only three numbers and you will win $50 on a $2 bet if you choose to pick 3 numbers only and win.

Keno allows you to even play 2 numbers. So, how good are you at predicting 2 numbers?
