This has been building for weeks

Unfortunately, didn't think this would be the one

Shame :dang:

Won't change my picks for the next one much.

Congrats to all winners :agree2:

...the most simple and obvious can also sneak past... ...something like a cruel practical joke... ...I've been to busy in the past few weeks... ...a few weeks ago, nailing it was a good possibility... ...whats done is done, nothing can be done about it now...

Have a need to put in my 2 cents worth. Re 4.5 repeaters last night. When was the last time that happened? I've seen 4 repeaters, I'm pretty sure. But when was the last time 4.5, or 5 repeats occurred? What are the odds? 6/49 still far short of 3000 draws total.

Also, just a thought-maybe it makes sense, maybe not - doesn't it always seem to happen that for the previous draw, when the jackpot is won and the money paid out to the winner is less than $4 mil, - $3,987, and change or whatever, that the next draw the jackpot wont go? I know most of you are not necessarily seeking the big win and are looking to win the smaller tier prizes, but, just a thought. :dizzy:

Draw 1375 .....4 27 32 38 40 45 B20

Beaker, maybe those winners were quik piks!

Anyway, the odds of 5 out of 6 something like 1 in 55,491 - long.
The odds of 5 out of 7, which is sort of what repeaters from previous including bonus would be, something like 1 in 3,839. (Is this correct?)

Too bad I didn't play last night. I thought it was gonna be at least 3 repeats, and when this comes I usually play the 7 previous numbers. Plus many of them came on the top of my charts. And we had the 33 as one of the best adjacent number to play, but hey there is always a next time.

...playing the same 7 numbers from the last draw is by far one of the simplest way to play... ...looking at the past, 4 or more repeaters does not happen too often, if ever... ...winning a big prize is pretty much out of the picture... ...I hope you are content with the smaller prizes (when you do play)... ...if we had 6 repeaters, I wonder how many :cow:winners we'd have:eek:... ...there gotta be someone playing the same numbers hoping for a big fluke somewhere:notme: in the millions of players...

I got double burned George....I had 5/11 but my Dns crashed and burned. I was sure of the set, so I put my money into 649 , had I spent $40 on Keno instead , I would have hit $300. Onward and upward.

Yeah you are perfectly right about that, 6 repeaters never even happened before. The reason why I wrote that because we had good indications for at least 3 repeats, and all those numbers came up on my charts as good candidates for repeats. Except #13
but hey If you are not sure might as well play all of them.
I usually play with 18 number combo so even if I play those numbers I still got to choose another eleven, which gives me more chances to put another couple in there. I usually pick 3-4 previous and compare them with my other charts. Ever since they raised the price to a toonie I only play when there is a bigger jackpot.

...I'd say playing the Western 49 would be a better idea... ...is it still 50 cents a line?... ...Ontario 49 still is...

Not anymore, it went up to a dollar. If I could play for 50 cents
a line, it would be awsome. Too bad I can,t bet online.

...yes, the minimum purchase is $1 which is 2 lines played... ...one line is your selection and the other one is a stupid Quick Pick:burnt:... ...please accept my sympathy there in the west... ...here in Ontario, Stoopid 7 is TWO:burnt::burnt: Quick Picks for $2 along with your selected set... ...the Ontario 49 here is 100% your choice (for now)...

in my humble opinion, the two dollars i pay for super 7 for three lines/chances (whether they are all hand-picked or quick picks) is 300% better than the two dollars i will spend for the new lotto 6/49.

so it is better to buy super 7 than lotto 6/49

you are right about ontario 49 unfortunately however the jackpot is only peg at 1 million all the time.

...there is $50 for a 4 hitter which is more than 200% return for 50 cents all the time compared to 6/49 (its no big secret)... ...$1M is fine with me... ...if you have an idea and go after it with enough lines in Ontario 49, it could turn out very good... ...the same kind of play in 6/49 would cost too much... ...the 50 cents a line allows you to accomplish something... ...playing too few lines is a problem because something really good could slip through the cracks...

...for Stoopid 7, $150 a 5 hitter is not really that much of a good prize:rolleyes:... ...those those who play $2 a week, a Quick Pick is sufficient... ...if you wanted to wheel and play 15 of your own lines, it would cost you $30:burnt:... ...out in BC, you spend only $10:D... ...of course, here in Ontario, those 15 lines you wanted, also comes with 30 Quick Picks:sick:...

Regards,
George:)

Express all as odds per buck played

It's true about BC, we don't hafta accept QP's for Super7... but the odds are still high, about 20M/67 cents ... or 30M per buck. Compare that to 28M per buck for 6/49 (I know it doesn't make sense at first glance but bare with me ...) so if you can play at 50 cents per line--> 7M per buck is the best bang, best shot at a JP regardless of its size ...

Re: Express all as odds per buck played

...yep, another way to express it... ...4 plays for $2... ...the big difference is, those 4 plays are what you wanted... ...if you really don't have good ways to determine which numbers to play and wheel them effectively, you might as well get Quick Picks... ...not me!
