I've been playing around some, trying to tweek Lotto Pro and found this interesting. 8/12/06 Oklahoma Pick 3 winner was 3-0-7. I deleted it from the daily draw record. Chose the option for 10 numbers, 120 tickets and unchecked prior and cold numbers. Playing 120 tickets boxed and front/back pair would result in the following...

Wow! Tried the same thing with Ontario Pick 3. 4-8-9 was the draw on 8/12.
Same ticket option as Oklahoma and using only numbers I would normally use in figuring, that being any hitting two or more times in a given number of days.

So...How much would that have won?

Would be hard for me to lay down $360 in hopes that no cold or due numbers come up but that only happened to me twice last week...once in Oklahoma and once in my Ohio picks. Think I will start watching this very closely and see what comes of not previously knowing the numbers which may have influenced my decision as to what numbers to keep/uncheck. Will figure out some way to post my predictions here.

Correction...4 was a cold number and I would not have used it normally but now I might start!

Does the Oklahoma Pick 3 always pay 80.00 for a box play? Here the payout varies, it's dependent on how many winners there are. I don't know how it's broken down, though...The winnings for last nights pick (489) on a boxed play paid out 85.40, straight was 512.40. Usually the winnings for a pick with double digits pays out slightly higher. (not as many winners)

Yes Oklahoma pays $80 boxed (three digits) and $160 boxed with a double like 1-3-3. $50 for a front/back pair match. I don't know where to look to see the breakdown for Ontario though. The only site I have gives results for straight and boxed so I didn't know if they have front/back pair.

For a little less expensive option ($160.00 four way combo in OK) you could play Ontario straight, boxed and front/back pair for the following and cover all the numbers above for a single win should any of the numbers hit...maybe some multiples front/back pair for the doubles But it would take a straight win to make any profit to speak of.

Yes, by all means sit back and observe! I'm kinda anxious to see how it comes out for Oklahoma as well. It just seems to me that in order for me to play all the number combinations I want or think might possibly be in the winner according to what I'm doing, it's going to take some bucks to cover them all. Had you played all my numbers for those three previous nights you would be very happy instead of sad over $2 eh! Can't win em all though Or can we I believe we can if we learn when to play and lay down the pay

Just read a story about an old lady who bought $80 worth of pic 4 tickets all with the same numbers. She won $400,000...

Yeah me too! I hate losing, even $2. I'm not playing any more for real till I see some sort of predictable pattern or maybe if I can hit once a week playing 20 tickets a day. Posting my predictions here makes it easy to keep track of results and maybe help somebody else too. There's got to be a way to beat the system
