This is the actual draws of the Washington_Match_4 clomuns A:F.
In columns H:I is the full pairs, in cloumns K:M is the full trips.

Is there a way that I can high light rows A33:A123 as indecated on sheet, and than
have a sort of a formula / macro to run through each draw
with the pairs and delete pairs if found upwards.

Than I must be able doing the same procedure for the trips.

The lay out in this sheet is the lay out that will be used.
I saved the sheet in excel 97-2003 format, as I use 2016 pro.

I only reply to point out that there is insufficient information to allow anyone to assess the extent of ths project. You ask "Is there a way that I can high light rows A33:A123 as indecated on sheet" but there is nothing indicated on the sheet. Why do want it highlighting, in what colour and under what circumstances? The question at the moment makes no sense.
Almost in the same breath you go on to running a macro to remove doubles and triples above (above what) doubles and triples within what range ? The mystery highlighted zone ? I find writing macros and debugging time consuming, and impossible without proper , clear parameters to work to. This may be more work than I'm prepared to take on, but in any case more information is required.

I have highlighted the range in light blue, why I want to do it this way is because I can take a period of 90 days and remove all pairs and trips to see what remains. But the periods may vary. Currently I have to do it by hand and kind of lost interest, but I have notice that the new period starts with the majority of the pairs and trips that had remain, thus by highlighting a period I can establish the period length to start playing the remaining of the pairs and trips. I can get good odds at the bookmakers @ 250/1 for pairs and 2500/1 for trips. I trust the explanation is good.

If the pairs/triples are deleted, it's just extra work to put them back.
This version colors and "un-colors" used sets between runs. Range to check is set in upper left of sheet.
Should be easy enough to modify from this point.
