How to pick winning numbers?

Hi everyone,
I have been playing lotto 6/43 for 3 months. I have read so much info, I bought Iliya Bluskov's book and now I am much confortable with wheels.
But now I came to realise that the trick is not only nowing the wheels, the real trick is to choose those 18, 20, 24 or 27 numbers which will give me 6 number matches. I couldn't really find much info about how to choose nimbers for a wheel.
If anybody knows good info about how to choose numbers for a wheel can you please share it with me?
BTW Iliya Bluskov' book has some great wheels I like this one:
Guaranteed three 4-wins if 6 of the numbers drawn are in your set of 18! It has only 68 combinations
