How to get Lotto Architect running?

I recently downloaded Lotto Architect 2.2. It had a lot of features described on it's website I like, BUT, it crashes when I unzip it and try to run it. I have Windows XP. Any ideas? I get two small windows, one over the other and they are both frozen, with no buttons to push.

Lotto Architect comes as an .exe setup file. You CANNOT unzip it. If you have Lotto Architect in a zip file, you probably download a fake one. Only one place is legitimate to download this program and it is at the official website which will take you to rapidshare (at least at the moment I write this). Anything else is at least suspicious and I'd like to point me where you downloaded that zip file from.
