Small question, where can I find this information?? What I'm trying to figure out is "when" & "how many times" was the lowest jackpot won in all of the history...(2 or 4 millions).

How??
First time they play, they have choosen the "code barre" on the champagne buttle they haven drink.

Well...just checked again about a big Jackpots and inexpensive game somewhere else, and probably it could be written a several interesting Jackpot winning stories in each draw...but, just few stories there since possibly some winners decide to go anonymous, aka requested privacy to enjoy their winnings....

..possibly not much stories necessary though in order to sell tickets when game inexpensive and good prizes, and lot of big winners ...
