Sorry I cant help you. As ususal you have not properly explained what you want to do.
The spreadsheet does not help, it conveys no useful information.
You have not explained the formula , it has nothing to do with difference of 2. Whatever it is doing it works, but what is it working on ?

I'll change the question = create a macro where the distance is determined
* beginning and end from the base number.
* example = base = 15 distance 1 = 10 and distinction or delta 3
15 basis = delta = 10 25 after delta 3 = 29 then 15.25.29

Take the spaces out. It should look like one long string of characters.
=IF(B5-A5=C5-B5,(B5-A5)-1,"")

I tested the formula (with the correction noted above) on the sheet you uploaded, all the way down the sheet.
It worked fine with drag and drop.
