Hi, LT,
I'm having a problem with ...logging out!
I've had messages telling me that I'm not logged in...when I am. I've logged out then went off line and rebooted...same problem; seems to have started this am. Any suggestions?

Teufellj...

Well..when logging off , all cookies from this site should be cleared....And I don't know which three pages you mentioned, but if clicking log off, I 'm getting to the just one page with a message all cookies cleared...and it seems they really are cleared from my firefox...since having no any logging off or logging on problems....

I set Firefox to only allow session cookies...so I'm logged off when the session times out.

But how come LT is that busy he can answer at no question lately, even to the purest of the pure lottery fans - Teuf?

A lot of work and maybe......like preparing pickles for the winter, so has no a time to check the site???

Hello guys,
I can't and won't answer for anyone else but, I know for a fact that ...LT...does monitor this website. Step out of line just once per the recorded rules and see what happens. This website community is layback a whole bunch which is not what I was used to prior to coming here. What I can relate is that everything happens when its the right time. There was a dog eat dog and personal info theft issue a while back and for a time things got a bit rowdy. The marshall came to town and put things right. As to what pages...at the top of each forum page is a log on box (top Right side). It has been quite some time since I had any problems with any of these pages (forums) and once in a while the website does have a problem(s) or the operator did something that may have caused the problem. In either case I have been fortunate to have...LT...suggest a something or handle the situation with or without a comment. I don't get upset if I don't get an answer because I look for results.
As to not answering what I would consider is that it's very time consuming to setup and keep one or many websites running smoothly; eg. talk with blitzed or Califdude and ask them how many hours it took them to setup sites like...crazynuts... and all of its gaming programs; or any state lottery home website---how many people are involved to make one telecast run without a hitch. These are all businesses in one form or another be it for money or a hobby, the results are the same...many hair pulling hours of frustration and self satisfaction just to let a few people enjoy themselves.
This Canadian forum does not operate like a New York minute so enjoy the peace that we are afforded from that other insanity. We get all of the information that is needed on a daily basis the same as all of the other forums.
Have a wonderful week, tomtom!

hiya teufellj,

quite right my good fellow!

yup, for my crazynuts site I only really care about the lottery gizmos such as the interactive wheels, lotto matrix, etc.

i don't really care about cosmetics...I know that the layout blows-out in Internet Explorer, but the info is still there ifya scroll down the page...just been too lazy to look into that.

cheers!

Hey Teuf...you were absolutely right....there are some problems with logging out, that may deserve some attention... as I wasn't able to logg off a few times today in a first try, too

Hey T, TT & B - Didn't mean to leave some of the main members out of the loop.

A lot of work and maybe......like preparing pickles for the winter, so has no a time to check the site???

Yes and I've been doing jams and preserves too :)

Glad that you got the login thing working again T. It's always about the cookies. I think I should post a page that explains about cache etc as this query does come up a few times.

TomTom - re member names - the only ones that really grab my attention are members like "Viagrasales" etc. All the others - who knows until they express their personalities or possible hidden agendas via the posts.
Re time to edit - if I had my first choice all posts would be open for editing forever and all members could private message and exchange emails and links as well but hey the internet isn't the kind and friendly place it used to be. It's now filled with scum, parasites, con artists and viagra sales people. If the edit time goes anywhere it would be to less to not at all. Just recently there was a member posting an email.
Even with posting any links that may become a thing of the past. Some other forums have banned all posting of all links. It's just how it is now - the abusers make all the rest of us pay for their behaviours. Not to worry about the edit thing though. If there is a significant prob and you need a post deleted or something just email me and I can look after it for you.

None significant problems, of course...but sometimes when posting, and in the meantime pops up something, like phone rings, or anything such, then the post may be quite distorted if pressed the submit....possibly that might happen to other members of this forum, too..and later, then there is quite distorted post . As distorted as wishing games with less bigger winners, instead of more winners :thumb:

However, I just used the report post button in the other post since posted something that may look a bit distorted and may insult someone without any intention to do it, so will see how much time would be enough for editing in such situations...or a time from wish to edit something - edited...
