The matrix below 5x5 = we have 5 columns and 5 rows
You have to generate all possible configurations at maximum limit
3 numbers per line and 3 for columns

That's a lot of possible combinations: 5*5*5*5*5=3125 by my calculations. What would you do with those, if you had them?
