Well it's usually <=35 but that should do also!!
Provided the Can 649 likes the strategy, don't forget though
that usually the strategy will no hit exactly in the next
draw be patient, last time I tried it it only hit in 8 draw after!!

Just give a quick look at the PT history files... unfortunately this doesn't happen here! But it's a god idea to use that "Annourcers" theory and see if any numbers preced the <36 numbers in the PT lotto!
