Yes congratulations to Greece team. If there was a hole for Portugal to kick the goal, our players didn't meet it in spite of they looked for it all the time. Strength God winned. As I said before greek players occupy all the field very well.

Portuguese supporters agreed with the greek victory and make the party with greek supporters.

This Championship reminds me how it would be peacefully, if the only war existing in the world, would be a game (football, hockey, basket...) contest

Greece was 100:1 to make it outta round 1, so a $1000 bet would have netted $100,000 if you were a die-hard greek fan

It looks like you are mad with portuguese players thornc :agree:
It's hard not to win when you are supporter of a team that last year winned almost everything :D

Greek supporters were very confident of their team before the competition. Perhaps a few made that bet.
What I know is that some greek supporters bought a ticket for tha Final game by 1,000 Euros (+- 1100 US dollars) :wow:

Instead of that, they should make such bet charles2 :agree2:

Not mad at players, dissapointed at the way they played that last game!

And the team I support won almost everything in the last two years!
They only missed the EUFA SuperCup and last year's Portugueese CUP!

They played as greek players let them to play. Greek team was in the field too and with strength enough as against Rep Czec, France, ... may be portuguese players have not strength/imagination/velocity enough to look for the unique hole. You know that Figo and Ronaldo didn't pass once by Seitaridis or Fyssas. In my opinion, not because their fault but because these greek players are very good and very strengthfull. And you know that portuguese team efficacy depends very much from lateral balls.

And the team I support won almost everything in the last two years!
They only missed the EUFA SuperCup and last year's Portugueese CUP!

But those winnings have been made by a lot of players, some of them being DECO, COSTINHA, R. CARVALHO, MANICHE, N. VALENTE. These players played more matches that the usual european player.
FIGO and J. ANDRADE have played a lot of matches too (more than the usual european player).
It's possible that such past work, instead of helping them in the final of the season, can be the reason for example, why DECO falled a lot last game, COSTINHA didn't jump as usually, FIGO didn't pass Seitaridis, etc ... may be ...
I don't blame them. They did the most they could because greek players have been physically fresher than them, from the beginning of EURO2004.

You know that someday a HOT NUMBER will be beated by a COLD NUMBER, but even so it's hard to assume that now, just now!

I think we may agree that GREECE team is not imbatible :wavey:
