Hi all,
I was just wondering, since the encore winner is computer generated, if a guaranteed winner was selected randomly by the computer each draw? Discussions at work are split as to whether the computer could select a number that was not issued to ANY ticket, a number issued to a NOT-PLAYED ticket or only those numbers issued to tickets and marked as PLAYED.
I tend to believe that encore winning combinations can emerge from any of the 3 pools mentioned as I dont hear of encore winners for every draw.
Inaddition, if true, it would be logical to assume that playing encore with a 649 for low jackpots where fewer players purchase tickets would increase your chance at winning encore.
If anyone has solid information on how the process works, please share.
