where can i get a free download of ms excel the full workable vesion.

Uhm....
Uhmm.. we are talking about an $800U.S. program that's bundled with all kinds of this/that apps. Excel by itself ain't cheap either.
Not to mention all the security necessary to install the app. Need this and that codes....
So it's gonna be pretty hard to find someone that is willing to give it away or it's installation code for free!
Either get it off a
relative or a 
friend or you could try one of those online downloads (download.com, shareware.com) that have software that is similar to Excel but are not the real thing. Search for 'Spreadsheet' software. You will find either a demo or a working version that is not as powerful as Excel, but has all the necessary tools to do the KENO thing.
And then there is always Kazaa sharewarez, where all your downloads could potentially have either a
virus or trojan in 'em!
