Can any one help me with an address where I can download the UK's 49's.
The site that I had, has now put a password on the file so I cannot access it any more.

Bloubul,

Try this website - http://lottery.merseyworld.com/

Once in Select Winning Numbers near bottom of the page, then Select All Years in Range.

Once downloaded you can edit in Excel.

Good Luck

Do you mean the old UK lotto ( the above link) or do you mean the bookmakers lottery 49's ?

Bloubul,
I think you will struggle to find a site with a downloadable set of 49's historic results. I've had a look around, and the ones I found want you to specify a date or a month, then give you results limited to that timescale. Some just post images of balls, which is pretty useless. None of them are downloadable. Your passworded site probably was the best bet. Do you have to pay for access now?

How up to date is your database? Is it worth your while tagging the most recent results on the end, even if you have to put them in manually? You'd end up with something useful and hard to get !

My database is not that far behind, I will manually update it over the weekend, I prefer drawn above numeric, so all the sites displays it numeric. Thus it will have to do. My previous site had it in drawn and numeric order.

The site that used to work up to a year or so ago was the italian site http://salvozac.altervista.org/archivio.xls. The spreadsheet is still downloadable but is now password protected. Even if you crack the password it may not be up to date ?

There is at least one site for 49's that give results in drawn order. This site lists the last month in drawn order. http://number49s.co.uk/previous-number-49s-results.

I used this site http://salvozac.altervista.org/archivio.xls, for a long time, but as you said it is password protected and in order to get the password one has to pay him €30 p/m. I have contacted the other site to see if they can help me.
