Do you play Lotteries in other Countries

Hi All

1) I've been told about lotto649 and know its a Canadian Lotto.

I live in the UK and the terms and conditions say something like you have to reside in the UK to Play.

Is this the same for most worldwide lotteries?

2) Also I read during big rollovers where the jackpot exceeds the number of combinations available, where do they get the backers from?

Thanks

I play US lotteries as well as UK ones

I play in US lotteries although I live in Essex. I've been using a company called OSA for years now. (www.osalottaries.com) I only use them when the jackpots in the US get very big

What happens if visitors win the jackpot of UK national lottery? Can they have the money? Any tax for the money?

Hello uklisa1979!
Good question indeed! Many games recommend play online any lotto game. But, while going through the official site it seems there are restrictions to play other than the state's players by any means. The group OSA all making a representative job in buying for us. Is anybody have a record of winning a big jackpot by other state or national player in recent past?
I live in India and here only Indians are allowed to play i.e. 18+ And many states banned playing lottery within states. So, even if you live in India and your state doesn't permit to play any type of lottery then you may not enter even through online.
Regards.
