The 17 I picked for several reasons...first, I'm staying with an odd number bias for this draw ... second, in 8 out of 10 of the last 10 draws last digit 7 has appeared, and third in draw 508 17,23 appeared; in draw 512 17 ,21 appeared; hence draw 516(skip of 4) we have to go with 17,21,23.
