With 3if4 in 17 nrs CoverMaster gets 21 lines, so your wheel is one better .

I try to stay close to my budget, no more than $15. So that's a ~10buck wheel and maybe up to a fiver on a smaller wheel (sometimes QPs )

In CN49 I usually use a 5if6=10 lines with a 92% cover. On the lower end it gets 1x 3if3 minimum.

In BC49 I can go with more lines for the same cost, like 5if6=22 lines with 88% cover, but I usually only play one or the other lotto.
Both are open (OW) wheels.

Recently I switched to playing 10 nrs, used to play 12 for a while, guess I'm in the process of rethinking the way I wheel.

Guarantee 3/3 in 12 Number's 15 lines ..This one I use sometimes in the canadian 649...
I would like one around 16 Numbers 3 if 3 and 16 lines ....Something close on that line anyway...I have to look around for one that I really like.

When that day comes, my budget would change to the worse..
Which is most likely AW 10 ten lines for BC49 and NONE for 649 even if it's 20 Mil !!!
But Surely will play S7 providing it's the same price....
So when one plays AW ten lines, the return is bad say if you hit 3/10 I think return would be 10.00 or 20.00 Dollars not more....
One way to combat that price increase is to say play aw 10 twenty lines per draw for 2 consecutive ones rather than playing every draw with a weak AW 10.....
That is my reaction anyway....Others will play differently I am sure.

I will just play my regular numbers and on occasion will get an insta pik when the jackpot grows bigger(like they say it will)to 20 million. But I will be playing this more more....

What 10 buck wheel is that. How many #'s?. 5if6=22 lines How many Numbers?
The less numbers the better payout! ...

These are just a couple of simple open wheels I use that will break even with a 3 hit. May want to ask Nick also, I'm sure he can make one that will suit your needs better.

BC49 prize structure is a little diff from AL49:

6> $1M
5+>$50K
5> $500
4> $50
3> $10
