detect the number of times that each pair was drawn on the green list and ex = 04 18 = it has already been drawn 15 times (this is just an example).

You mentioned delays which I forgot about, pretty obvious that the average skip is about 3 for all of them, going by the counts, mainly produced by direct repeats. I did later add a macro to tabulate the skips and count the number of each, no real surprises at the outcome. As it has a macro it has a different filename, so its a different share link.
