I'm somehow good in Excel and I believe the error

Run-time error '1004'
Unable to set the installed property of the Addin Class

is brought by the fact that "Analysis Toolpack" Addin is not installed in their machine.

To install that Addin do the following :
1. Close Lottomaniac649 spreadsheet because he has disabled many menu options when you click Generate Smart Pick button
2. Open a new workbook
3. click tools menu then click Add-Ins then click Analysis Toolpack and finally click ok.
You will get a message telling you MS Excel can't run this Add-in ... and click yes to install it.

NB: You might require the installation CD for MS Office

After it installs the Add-in, you can now start Lottomaniac649 spreadsheet and generate your Smark pick.

I appreciate very much for your sincere and expert clarification for the run time error while executing the macro in my excel program. Though, I've this point in my mind but somehow I've slipped to add in my earlier posting. Even though I've included the command to enable the addin from macro itself, it will only do if the addins were already installed in your macine. Otherwise we've to sincerely follow the tips given by you.

I was able to remove Canadian Historical data and replaced it with Kenyan one but all the same I do not mind your hand.

• If you do not mind please shed more light on how you use the Random Number Generation Analysis Addin and the associated filters.
• You also mentioned somewhere on this thread you have reduced the number of filters to 8 due to processing speed. I would suggest you include all of them in my customized spreadsheet as I have a very good computer. It took less than 45 minutes to generate 60 lines.
• if you are familiar with VBA then add an input box to ask the user to specify the number of lines he wants and put the result either in a another sheet or a text file. I can assist on that if you have problems.

I really wonder how did you do that? I guess I've protected the past result history sheet. If you've done this, then the program is customized for your game 90% ...let you play next week's game by generating smart picks with this file and let us see what happens? I'll fix it to work 100% after that.
In my randam addin..it just generate a pick..the rest is the filters do to reject the pick or pick the one.

I got my copy of the spreadsheet working now with the help of those suggestions by adding the add-in.
-I do have a concern about the database being off in number of draws by about 5 or so draws.
-I also ask where does one select which of the filters are to be used in the pick/analysis?
My computer took less than a minute to generate one "pick"

Ok I wiped out the existing datebase and substituted the one from the BCLC website using their 2560 draws which date back to 12/06/82 (1n-6n)
and then kicked out the dates and replaced with official to match these numbers as well. Your data started 11/01/84 for some reason?
Yet in terms of number of draws yours had 2564 compared to 2560 officially?

It's wonderfule that you're able to use my spreadsheet. Also, make few adjustments with respect to past result history. Yes. My program is not taking into account the bonus ball. It doesn't matter the drawn numbers are jumbled....my program onlu counts the numbers...the dates have no influence as far as past history except the last one. If I've got the official draw results from Draw 1 to till date...i'll check up and correct... but not required. Play the next week draw with the smar picks and post your feedback.

Can anyone help me by giving me information on a number generator that I can download (for no cost) ..reason I need it, I play the keno lottery and I have a way knowing every game that in 40 numbers out of 70 there will be 10 in those 40. so if I knew how many dollars to spend to get every combination possible from 10 out of 40 numbers, then I guess I win!?!? I know it may be a lot of money to do that, but I may actually can afford it. Especially if I know i'm gonna net more than what I spent.

Yea sorry, I figured I try here since people talk about generators here and its what i'm maily looking for. But I may not need it anymore cause I did it by hand just now and really narrowed it down to just $3500 I would need for winning $250,000. I could.. but my stratagy may only work 80% of the time. So its a tough decision.

The result history furnished by you is too little to put into my program. The ideal history results will be a minimum period of 54 weeks. If you can able to play online then you must have the link for all the past results.
