What wheel would you suggest plugging your numbers into?

well as i said before i have no idea about lottery Stuff ....but anyhow i got a client whoz works is to povide Software /application(watever) ...To play lottery ..well their technique is been used in many country including that sikkim looto stuff ( i think i can't post 3rd party Weblink here) Well my Job is to Promote them...Im working For a PR (Public Relation) So hope u Got me What i really Want.....And u guyz as a lotto player What all stuff u require from the agency? Do u have any new ideas ???
