Confusion in CAN Provincial

something screwed up ... I changed the subject titles on 2 of my most recent thread starters in CAN Prov. (for clarity I thought) ... the 'old' ones remain when viewing the threads summary and at top of page, new titles only display within the posts

hmmmm ... I think that is how it is set ie only the secondary titles can be changed by a registered user. I'll check and see.

The settings allow 4 an admin to change the overall title of a thread. I have made the changes to your threads so they reflect the subjects that you have put in.
