can anybody narrow this down?

ok so last nights wclc pick 3 was 230. the one before that was 396. so i take 396 and use each number(+or- 1) . so the numbers from the 3 are 234, from the 9 are 091, from the 6 are 567. ok? now the numbers from each digit can only be used in one or two of the spaces for your combo(ottherwise you end up with almost a full spread of possible combinations.)so the total amount of combinatons i get is 27x7 =? ( 27 being the combos if the numbers from each digit was used only for one digit in your final combos) or 3x3x3. AND that would only be playing box or straight/box. to play it as a straight and cover all the combos would cost way too much.so my 3 covered the 2 and the 3 and my 9 covered the 0 in last nights draw. check this on your local pick 3 and see if its any good...seems to work really well in wclc for the moment...also i dont like 6 or 9 cause ive noticed sometimes you have to flip them (9 becomes 6 and 6 becomes 9) so you end up with more numbers to play around with(bottom line more combos)and sometimes you do have to use both.

Sounds like a one up and one down conversion with a bit of Tic Tak Toe

etc., that's how a one up and one down works! The Tic Tac Toe is any nine digits with an imaginary tenth number used but not in play. In this case a...0...but it can be any number!

With this setup you would use the last play as a key set, say 722 was the last draw on a single draw game. If you have two games per day, I normally would use the day before from one game to use as key digits for the second game. In the case of the (722) you would generally use the ...7...or the...2...
Many advanced players would build the (22) or (72) into their rundown or just use the...7...or the single...2...depending on how you feel what might happen due to the last winning play. To narrow or filter your numbers to fit your cash flow smallest sets are best with the use of the last played numbers. People that I am acquainted with ...look for trends by checking their past lottery history but not by using the same history sets. The numbers only repeat in exact same order once in a blue moon. If a trend is spotted then you would check to see if any last winning numbers are there and if there are at least one ora like set played similarly then go for it by adding in your key numbers.
