yup, since California still does not offer us a pick4 lottery game, fantasy5 will have to do for chasin similar payouts.

whenever numbers are 31 & lower, heaps of people win due to birthdays and all. other states have have much better cash5/fantasy5 games, many with fixed payouts and smaller playfields.
