I disagree with what you tell us here..
Why is that you might ask???
Well...that depends a lot on who is wheeling...Saliu tried to wheel and it didn't work...no big deal...nothing from him worked so far!!!

Thanks Karnac. I tried to write my own lottery programs, but considering the time it is necessary to write and test it, it seems it is really better to buy and try something that appears to be fine, and save a lot of time.

if you're still thinking of writing your own lottery software, have a look at www.expertlotto.com. it supports independent plugins so it's quite simple to add new filters, stats etc. and you'll get a lot of basic functionality for free from the start - file handling, error handling, basic user interface interaction etc.

you'll need some basic java skills though .
