Trailing Numbers

LMG PG 80-81
APM PG 51-53

This chart shows which numbers followed last week's winning numbers most often throughout the whole game.
The numbers in the columns show how many times each number hit immediately after the winning number at the top was drawn.
The total comumn tells what number hit the most after all of the winning numbers from the last drawing.

The sensitivity of 2 requires trailing numbers to have two same numbers in the drawing that follows, rather than just one.

Test the various parameneters of sensitivities, skips and games back, and see which works the best for your game.

Press the minus key and go back in the history of your game to see which parameters produced the most winning numbers.

*Change the sensitivity level and see which numbers appear at the top.
*Change the skip level and see what numbers appear at the top.
*Use the minus key to go back in your game's history to see which setting produced the most winners.

Adjacent Numbers--Adjacent Hit Chart

LMG PG 82-86
APM PG 49-50

ADJACENT NUMBERS:

Most lotto drawings have at least one or two adjacent numbers. The lower the number field the more you can expect to see adjacent numbers.

Lotteries with bonus numbers have more adjacent numbers.

Be aware of how often to use adjacent numbers and how many to use in your number group.

ADJACENT HIT CHART:

The most important part of this chart is the average on the very bottom on the chart. Use the average as a point of comparison. Compare the adjacent number times/percentage to the average number in the same column. If it is higher, play it. If it is lower than the average, don't play it.

Quick Stats

LMG PG 88-89
APM PG 17-20

Helps you pick longshot numbers in a more scientific way. Choose longshot numbers with highest out/average ratios. Study the patterns of these numbers on other charts and choose the numbers with the strongest patterns elsewhere.

When the median skip and average skip are nearly the same, changes of a hit are even better. Compare actual hits with expected hits to see if a number is hotter or colder than normal.

Average performing numbers show 100%. The higher the percentage the hotter the number. The lower the percentage the colder the number.

I always turn off the bonus numbers to study the charts. It would be a lot easier if the bonus number would be turned off as a standard! It happened quite a few times already that I started studying the charts, to notice after half an hour or something that I forgot to turn off the bonus numbers. Very frustrating, because the results are much more different! :agree:

I understand your frustration. I took a look at your game and thought outside of the box. I made a copy of the Belgium file--renamed the copy with something I could remember--modified the game by telling it no bonus numbers---now I can look at your game without the bonus number. None of the draw numbers----dates----etc... are missing and I did not have to re-type all of that information from 1978.

Now when I look at your game I don't have to worry about turning on or off the bonus because this file is just the drawn numbers only. I am still working on how I can do that for the bonus number.

EX: bel0642.slh (original gh file)
Copy: bel0642.slh
Select: bel0642.slh (the copy)
Rename: BELL600.slh (the new name for the copied file)
Make sure the re-named file has the .slh extension
Make sure the re-named file is in the same directory as the other files
Start the gh program
press 1 for the list of games
Find the file BELL600
Press F3 to modify the file
Take the +B out of the title and add NO BONUS
Tab down and put 0 (zero) for bonus
Press F3 to save the changes
Open the game and view your information as you wish.

Hi perdue

Tell me how do you play PowerBall in the USA.
Our lotto Bosses has announced the we will also start playing PowerBall as from 23 September 2009, so it will be Lotto, LottoPlus and PowerBall every Wednesday and Saterdays.

BlouBul

One chart that I find particularly interesting is Chart B43 (chart B, F4, 4): Games-out summary. I've studied it and have been using it for number selection lately. It gives an overview of how many of the drawn numbers have been 0, 1, 2, 3... games out. For the Belgian Lotto (6/42), it showed that (statistics today):
- 2180 of the 14904 numbers (or 14.63%) were 0 games out (= repeats)
- 1762 of the 14904 numbers drawn (or 11.82%) were 1 game out.

This shows that a staggering quarter (actually 26.45%) of all of the numbers drawn come from the previous drawing, or the drawing before that! So it is very wise to include these numbers in your selection. Since it's rather exceptional for a number to be drawns 3 times in a row (it occurs, but not commonly), you can exclude numbers that repeated in the previous drawing.

Also, most of the drawings consist of:
- 5 or 6 numbers from the last 10 drawings
- 0 or 1 number which was out more than 10 games.

I think that this is quite valuable information which can be used for number selection. I've started using this method recently so I'm still fine tuning it:

Go to Chart 3 (quick stats) and press right arrow once, so 'games out' is highlighted, and the numbers are sorted on games out, from longest period of games out (on top of the chart) to shortest period of games out (=0 games out, or last results) on the bottom of the chart.

First I eliminate the numbers which repeated from the previous drawing (3 draws in a row is not common, remember) from the group of 0 games out. Then I cross reference the numbers left in the group of 0 and 1 games out with Chart 4 and the patterns described earlier in this thread. That's how I select the numbers I want to play from this group (usually 5 numbers).

I repeat this process of cross-reference for other groups too (2&3 games out, 4&5 games out, 6&7 games out, 8,9&10 games out, 11,12&13 games out and 14,15&16 games out), selecting some numbers from these groups.

Always keep in mind that:
- a minimum of 80% of your number selection comes from the last 10 games
- a maximum of 20% of your number selection comes from numbers that were out longer.

I also try to keep a balanced selection of numbers:
- evenly distributed high and low numbers
- evenly distributed even and odd numbers
- last digits 1-1-1-1-1-1 or 1-1-1-1-2

Anyone else doing this? Any ideas why this may or may not work?

Don't forget to thank me if you win the jackpot with this method. Donations are always welcome :santa:

I too use this chart alot when I am selecting my number group. I am still working on a method to effectively reduce my number group without filtering out my winning numbers. I am also working on a method to accurately select 3 power numbers 50% to 60% of the time. I find that using Gail's software has enabled me to look at all of the lotteries in my area with a new outlook. My ultimate goal is to win consistently without purchasing too many tickets.

Once I finish studying the B chart I intend to use the B-F4-1 and the B-F4-2 charts to refine my ability to select my long shot numbers. This will come in handy when I begin to select the mega number in Mega Millions. I am also working on refining the Karnac Theory to the lotteries that I play.

Go to the GH *O* Filters thread. Go to page 1 & scroll down to the 9th posting. That is where Karnac posted his theory. When you use this chart play around with the game settings to see which setting(s) works best for your particular game. Remember this software is a tool for you to use. So use it to your advantage. How long have you had your software? If you go under the toolbox forum and read the posts for the Brainstorming thread you can pick up some tidbits for your GH software. It makes the software less intimidating. I am still learning about my software and I've had it since 2005.
If you have any questions about your software, post them on the brainstorming thread. If I learn any new tricks using my software that is where I will be posting it. My goal right now is to master accurately selecting 3 power numbers with regularity. I know it is possible and I intend to do it.

Ahhhhh most impatient one..... Listen and listen well. We must first crawl before we can walk. We must walk before we can run..........

I have a fortune cookie slip taped onto my keyboard that says, "Good things come to those who wait. Be patient."

I read it every day throughout the day when I feel brain locked.
I know you don't want to hear that but it must be said. I never want to hear it when I am in my personal valley but I find it to be true once I am back on top.

I want you to study your chart B. Study this chart to see what happens the most on this chart. Study it with the bonus numbers off. STUDY IT-STUDY IT-STUDY IT!!!!! Find something that happens the most and do what happens the most.

Read the 5th post on this thread dated 9-1-09. Follow the advice. There is a lot to be learned from this chart. Learn to think out of the box. Use this software as a tool. Just as you would use duct tape for various things, use this software the same way when you are refining your numbers.

Ask yourself what skip patterns occur a lot. Ask yourself what skip patterns occur together a lot. Then cash in on the answer to those two questions. Remember you are exercising your instincts and your gut feeling. It won't happen over night. Lord knows I wish it would. But it won't.

Did you know that I work my software everyday-seven days a week for hours? I treat this as a home business and I spend hours studying the numbers for my lottery and wheeling them. I don't pay to play yet because I am not where I want to be yet. So I refine my skills on paper.

I also patrol this site and another site called lotterypost for any ideas that I may be able to use within my software. I am also trying to find other lottery forums to browse for information. If I find any I will let you know.
In the mean time study-study-study.

Hello Isla
Welcome to the Forum. I have been using some form of GHs' software since the early 80s' when it was just a pen and pencil system. Without doubt her system is one of the best you will find for tracking numbers and trends of past draws. I don't think there is anyone out there that puts out anything similar that is as concise and as easy to use. Don't be intimidated by the amount of information she presents, once you start to use it you will be able to see exactly which charts are most useful with your specific lottery. I use her software daily and I know that although I haven't hit the BIG one yet, its coming, and her software will be one of the reasons when I do score big. That's not to say I haven't paid for her system many times over with what knowledge I've gleaned from using it. I run large work pools and many of my coworkers are in awe when I'll choose numbers others scoff at but invariably show up.

To get started , go to the chapter of the user manual titled "My secrets of winning". This will have you moving about the software in a few minutes. Read it a couple of times as it does take awhile to digest. Read and understand the term Bias. This is a crucial point to understand.
Chart 4 is probably one of the best to use. You will see patterns here. Chart 6 is another. I have had good success using chart 7. This is the Hit chart. What I do here is Press F4, and change the Game Groups from 50,25,10 to say 18,12,and 6. This allows you to see what numbers have hit more recently. Now you can press the minus key on the right of the keyboard and go back a draw at a time and look for the + sign beside the numbers that were drawn. As you go back you'll see 2,3,4,5 and 6 numbers that hit out of the 15 numbers shown. You won't see 6 very often, but 3,4 and 5 out of the 15 hit often. Just playing the 15 numbers under the 6 and 12 draw columns will give you good results. GH doesn't tell you that, Karnac does. I have totally disregarded her Smart Picks (marked with a *) on most occasions since I find she picks so many on each chart that narrowing it down becomes an exercise in futility. So now you have 15 numbers.....write them down....go to Chart I , the Odds/Evens chart and look at your lottos last draws, determine the Odd/Even bias (remember that word, it means trend) Here you can go with or against the trend, eliminating odd or even numbers from your initial group of 15. (I usually go with 2 sets of numbers to cover both odd and even biases). This will pare down your 15 numbers to perhaps 8 or 10. Then I go to the right hand column of Chart 7...the 6 game column and scroll down to the numbers that have 0 hits in the last 6 draws and choose a couple that have had hits in 6-10 draws. Use chart 3 to determine this. Use odd or even numbers according to the desired bias. Don't ever use all odd or all even numbers in your selections...this occurs rarely. I'll throw in a couple (1or2) numbers which have skipped between 10 and 20 draws, using odd or even numbers according to the trend you follow. Take your resulting group of numbers and wheel them. Winners swear by GHs' wheels....and losers swear at them. I find her wheels a bit loose,(ie: not tight enough), but until you use them yourself don't pass judgement....she has had alot of winners using them. Winning is more than selecting numbers. Hope this gives you some insight into how I use this program...it's not entirely by the manual, but it does produce results. Remember this is a tool to select numbers....not the Holy Grail....and you will find your own techniques as you learn the software. Any questions , please ask ...
Good Luck

When I installed onto my computer it created a msdos prompt for me and I put a shortcut onto my desktop. After you have installed the software you can always go into the GH directory and click on a file named Gail to operate the software.

If I am not mistaken the software can now be purchased on thumbdrive. When I purchased my software in 2005 I purchased the cd. I've read some old threads here where there used to be audio tapes with the software. I would love to get my hands onto the audio that came out with the older version. I wonder what info. I could glean and incorporate into my game today?

I run a copy of my GH software on a thumb drive. I have a copy on my desktop-notebook-and thumb drive. Why the thumb drive? Because the thumbdrive is the most current. I am never sure when I will log on with the desktop or notebook so I make sure if nothing else the thumb drive is most currant. I find it handy to use my thumb drive because sometimes I use one of the kids computer and I don't want my stuff on their computer. My operating systems are MS XP and the kids use Vista (really dislike Vista).

I look forward to seeing you on the Brainstorming thread once you get your software. When you get it remember it is only and tool and it doesn't bite. I say that because it can be a little intimidating in the beginning.

Warning About Chart 9 Companion Pairs Chart

If you use chart 9 please be aware that there is a limit built into the program somewhere.

EX: I use the software to track TX Pick 3. I went to chart 9 to see which pairs and triads occured the most. It was when I pressed F4 and entered one of the numbers of the first pair that was recorded as hitting together the most. The program listed all of the drawings that had the number I typed in. I pressed F4 again and a sub chart appeared and as I looked at the listing of how many times my selected number hit with all of the other numbers the total was different that the total on the main page of chart 9.

Chart 9 said the pair of 06-09 hit 221 times.

I pressed F4 and entered the numbers 06-09

The listing of 06-09 said there was 208 hits with 06-09.

What gives? Why are the numbers different?

So I esc back to the main screen of chart 9.

I pressed F4 and entered the number 06.

I was told that there were 909 hits with the number 06.

I pressed F4 again.

The sub menu appeared and displayed all the numbers in the game and how many times the number 6 hit with them.

According to the sub menu the number 06-09 hit together only 212 times.

I also noticed that according to my sub menu the number 06 never hit together in the same drawing.

06 was listed as zero hits.

I wonder if the limit can be reset or increased? Does anyone know?

TO PRINT LARGER CHARTS

If you would like the charts to print larger:

1. Press F2
2. Press F print to file
3. Type in a file name you will remember. EX: A:\TX2STEPBCHART
4. Use Notepad or MS Word to open the file.
5. Change the font to your liking.
6. Preview the document to see if it is to your satisfaction.
7. Make any necessary adjustments you see fit.
8. Print the document.

I have recently found this feature very handy when printing certain charts.

Find your hook and cash in on it

Use the Smart Luck Advantage Plus program to develop your intuitive skills. Don't rely on it to make your decisions for you. Play around with it. Tweak it until it work for you. Find your hook and cash in on it.

EX: When I use the Drawings Since Hit Chart when I study TX Cash 5, I only focus on a few of the trends on this chart to use to my advantage. I only use the Double and Triple Bottoms and the Flag Formation. I only consider the numbers that will form the perfect Double Bottom, Triple Bottom or Flag Formation.

I also look back over the complete history of the TX Cash 5 to see how these patterns has occured and I track how close they were to being the perfect bottom or formation. I also study the +/- of those patterns.
Doing this has helped me cash in a few winning tickets.

Wheeling problems

I tried to wheel 8 numbers using wheel number 64108-2 using 2 power numbers. When I look at my number combinations I was surprised with the results.

EX: (01-02-03-04-08-08) (01-02-03-06-06-95) (01-02-04-05-07-08) (01-02-04-05-08-95) (01-02-05-06-06-08) (01-02-05-06-06-95)

These are not the actual numbers I wheeled but you get the idea of the type of output I received. Tell me what you think. I've had this software for about five years and now it appears I will have to test every wheel to see which ones work and which ones are junk. I'll probably put a list together and send it to Smartluck to see what they have to say about this.

I've also noticed that when I attempt to use my pick 6 wheel, one minute it will allow me to wheel up to 28 numbers then the next minute almost 60. I have to find the file to give an exact number.

Has anyone else had this problem with their wheeling program?

GH#'s

find karnac's theory and bring up his pages or replies and then using his mention of chart #7 and setting the charts to 18 12 and 6, read chart 6 by using the - sign on your right of the keypad. I use the - sign up to 5 times to get the numbers I want and then control the repeats by using chart 5 to eliminate the repeats. I have found that better results are given if you set the numbers in sequential settings and then go to GH wheeling and pick the wheels or wheel you want. Print them out. Using the sum filter go thru' the printout removing the low and high. I use below 100 and above 200 to be removed. I also have found the using odd and even removal of lines reduces the cost of the tickets. I use the recommended 2-4, 3-3, 4-2 lines to be used. The results are not great but it does provide enuff to keep going and enjoying the odd free beer. There may come a time, who knows. If you can show an improvement on this let me know. It would be appreciated. LOL:nopity:
