the web based wheelie dealio is done...in beta test mode, seems to be workin fine, check it out:

I decided against usin dropdown box input for 31 numbers...it is easier to just type them in or cut and paste a space separated number pool.

the wheel generates into an input box, easy to CTRL-A & CTRL-C to copy it

seems like it'd be heaps easier to boildown 49 digits down to 31, instead of a buncha of small wheels as you have been doin.

luck could be coaxed along with all those base 2 matches setup

hmmm, I just ran a wheel with the same specs for a while in WinnaLotto.

it got up to a 29% chance to match 4if6. so I'd guess this wheel from La Jolla offers a similar 2X% to match 4, not too shabby.
