For your KENO game, you can try some of my lottery pages:

For your Joker game, it looks like the odds are simply 1 in 12 [1/3+1/4]. although you can watch suits as red & black...much like roulette...if 3 of the same color are draw consecutively, perhaps suit of the other color will be drawn next.

Perhaps using a mirror strategy as some pick3 players use.

Assign card values of 1 to 12 in your Joker game.

Then add or subtract 6 from the value, maybe it will point to the next draw.
