Supply me with an abbreviated wheel, whatever from in2play and I will analyse how it is made up, whether it has any merit, whether it is novel or just a copy of someone else's innovation and whether what is being offered can be obtained, for example from other sites such as the webmaster of this site has and test it to see whether it performs better than Quickpicks or Multiple System entries.
I had a look at his crossword puzzle layout - honestly that is something from the 80's. If you're simply talking about randomising the numbers for the construct a freely available program called Covermaster will do that. However, Covermaster doesn't do Full Wheels, if that is what you're looking for.
In this Forum I have read references to sites that do have free programs that do. If you are still stuck let me know I have a little utility that does all that, as I need it myself. The progamming involved is relatively simple, if you know a little about arrays.
I don't want to appear to be spruiking for business on someone else's turf - you may well find LT has something on his LottoTutor site or can knock it up overnight.
