Best Bet for Oct. 23/04

I take these best bets very seriously Frank, I aim to hit them every draw, and hope others to do the same.
Several Best Bet posters here, usually on the mark too.
As I said before this thread has no room for "Fluff" numbers.
( people just taking a wild quess)
Niblips well done, can't control which number comes out as a bonus, but a correct number is a correct number.

Must have something to do on how he picks up his numbers...
What I am telling you here has happen again and again...Peter is at his best when the low numbers are clustering...

That was a great call by Dennis and Beaker, thats the kind of sure fire number we need posted in best bets
I looked and looked at this number, I just could'nt see it coming. a shame.
Now I have to go back and see how I missed it.
Had two, and a few one offs, getting closer.
