Odds in lottery and ticket prices are on average so high that playing any really large number of tickets might show the way to quick financial destruction majority of players.
If someone has already won a JP, that might mean if deciding playing considerable amount of tickets such person’s money can’t disappear out rapidly and therefore regarding a new JP has more chances than an ordinary player who sometimes can afford just a couple of tickets or so.
Personally, if ever won a significant JP I would just forget about playing lottery.
Since it is nearly impossible to experience a JP win in high odds lotteries, from that reason I was insisting on lower odds lottery games existence together with high odds games. In my opinion it is better playing a few tickets in various odds
