Maybe I do and maybe I don't! A long time ago I learned the hard way that "Uncle (take me to the cleaners) Sam, is very selfish and not a sporting soul. When He got done being nice, I had "two five cent pieces and five dimes" to barely rub together. When it comes to gambling on line you never know! Kinda like winning the lottery---you get more relatives that you never ever heard of or about and a lot of hands sticking out looking for alms!
Including---Our Smiling Uncle.......

DoctorWho...Before a normal thinking person can use another's anything
especially Ion Saliu---one must sufficiently understand as much as possible,
how this particular savant thinks and operates! His and my thinking are not compatible! Yes, to your question but only after I had devolved my curiosity to get a handle on a plane of thinking way out yonder. He, Saliu, is damned good but.... His math is right on key.
Understanding what he's thinking vs. his math logic is akin to old German writing---no punctuation marks. With that said...I directed another person to his website, not to get away from his question and frustration but to let that
person see just how lottery numbers function in real time. I try to make thingys simpler by bypassing non-necessary math rather than explain everything.

Since I bought a Peterbuilt, I became a lottery player! My rubber
doesn't hit the road in that fashion anymore...
