Ahhh, this is so funny….the writer of this article from some reason used the word “only” in “ generally only
returns 60% of weekly revenue back into the prize pools (some is saved for a Super Draw)”.

Well, did a bit of web searching, and IMO it seems it is actually a word about a quite nice lottery corp, that has
very nice and affordable games with quite various odds for different types of players, and many big winners….
