It could hit 4 numbers from the first group, I guess.

There are two groups of numbers in that report: one with 30 numbers and other with 19. Numbers from these groups change from draw to draw; they are updated by George's method.
When it hits 4 numbers from the first group (30) the [4 and 2] sums one in past frequency and it appears in red.
So [3 and 3] means 3 hits in each group. [0 and 6] means 0 hits in 30 numbers etc...
