Karnac, we've been through this debate on another thread - many posts on that one.

Some count on the 'hits' some count on the 'skips' - we just have to know who counts which way.

I count on the skips so if any of the numbers from the last draw hit, I say the hit/skip is 0.

I say 42 and 45 are out 19 draws - you say 20 :agree:

No Beaker, I say they are out 19, or at least the program says they are,....I'm getting more confused with each post.

You and I - and GH I guess - do it the same way. Peter, GillesD, Nick and Snides add 1 to get hit/skip

This is all I'll have to say on this.

Consider the following number 24 which hit draws 2210 and 2211.

I, and you, say there are 0 skips between those draws ie how many draws have skipped before the number hit again - answer 0.

Peter et. al. say how many draws have occurred before the number hit the answer is 1 - the number hit in 1 draw.

If that 24 is drawn in 2212 then they will say it hit in 1 and we will say it skipped 0 before it came again.

Just a matter of counting the skips or on the hit - the way I see it anyway :agree:

I overlooked the 5 this morning,...it's looking good also.....gonna have to play 5, 6 ,7 , 8. I have the feeling we may see adjacent hits...5-6, 6-7, 7-8.

Agreed.......It also explains to me why there was a discrepancy when I looked at Nicks' skip and hit chart in his program.....whatever works.

When looking at those numbers, if you target a number you like, look at one up, or one down, as mentioned before, they have a tendancy to cluster together. even when the lower half hits, they tend to group together, and I hate when the hits hit in the lower half, but it happens occasionallly, but if you want to be safe, usually most hits are in the top half.:agree:

Maybe George could do a backtest on this? Sounds good to me!
