it's obviously spam, and posting it here is breaking the rules on at least 2 counts ... ad plus email. Even though I haven't tried it (and have no intent to do so) it reeks of a pyramid scheme so it's prob illegal to boot.
The best thing to do with these spammers is to not pay attention to their spiel and simply report them to LT, he knows how to deal with them.
Just one other minor point, by quoting the offender one inadvertently gives them more exposure, which is the main reasons they come here. Then LT has to delete twice

I remember when the Lotto came to a vote in Colorado that our minister was very against it becoming legal.
