Everyone has to start somewhere.
Look at it this way.....YOu can only go up from there.
Fiji almost lost to USA. The score was Fiji 19 and USA 18. USA had to kick the coversion (field goal) to win with 5 seconds left.
I have to admit.....I was cheering on USA to win......That would have been one of the huge upsets in the match.
The looks on the Fiji players faces afterwards said it all.....we are doomed.
We must also remember that the IRB is trying to grow the sport so a World cup game can only be a positive for the sport.
PS. As far as I am concerned the 46 - 6 is a very respectful score.
If we play Ice Hockey against Canada the score would probably read Canada 46 New zealand 6.

And get this we didnt use all our top players
