Not to burst your hopes but this bit in quotes is from his website:
"In fact, Connor’s system may work too well, as he reports that he has already received emails from
National Lotteries in the U.S., U.K. and Europe asking him to stop revealing his secrets."
Do as you will but when I see something similar, I get an itchy feeling to look a little deeper before forking over any money and especially when it's marked down (discounted) $20.00. I feel that it's getting deep when the author or sales crew starts offering "bribes." He admits that it (the program) doesn't work 100% of the time. Well to me that's an acceptable statement but he went on to say..."Winning 100% of the time is actually impossible because of the statistical noise factors that occur in the random number generator,” (???)
I took these two pieces of text directly from his promotional spiel. Can't say that there isn't a good return for the buck but...

The Paul Connor's system is a compilation of articles from the rec.gambling.lottery site forum. Paul has copied articles by Robert perkis and others. See by example "Lottery concepts" by perkis at Lotto-Logix site.
So, don't buy Paul Connor system.
