Do anyone on this forum have a copy of the book, Combinatorial Lottery Systems?. If so I would like to compare the wheeling system #54 -18 numbers in 42 games with that found in Gail Howards How to wheel a fortune system #608 - 18 numbers in 42 games.
I bought a copy of Gail Howards book and I am not ready to purchase ang more lottery books as yet.

True. However, the wheel has one great weakness.
It does not even guarantee a 3 number win with 4 numbers
guessed correctly. With my trusty wheel tester...there are
11 lines left uncovered!

This is why you must populate your wheel the right way...And this starts by playing the correct numbers it is true...Often it starts by putting one or two numbers at the right spot...so picking one or two can make a huge difference between losing or winning....
A weekness for some is often a strink or force for others...
