Wheeling/Keno/Program Question

I've taken a look at the CoverMaster program.
This is an awesome program, but unfortunately it can't handle sets with more than 7 numbers.

What I'm looking for is a wheel to put 20 numbers into 10-number combinations with a 7 if 10 guarantee.

Does anybody know of a program that can produce this wheel (or any other pick-more-than-7-from-a-lot-wheel)?
Or perhaps does anybody have this type of wheel?

There is a programme from lottery director that wheels up to 9 numbers. You can download a free trial.

Keno is played daily overhere to.

I don't have a good 7if10 wheel yet, but I will post an intermediate wheel in the wheels section.
This is a 17-10-07-09-01 wheel (17 numbers, 10 in a combination, guaranteed 01 hits of 07 when 09 are correct).
