What's the matter here?

Why is it with 4124 members this forum never hears from any members outside the core group of 15 or so who post on a regular basis? Or am I missing 4100+ members' posts because I don't play Pick3 or the Intnl. lotteries? Are people afraid to post?
It seems there are always plenty of lurkers, and that's fine , but there are a lot of members who can but don't contribute. Perhaps it's time for some of the old members and new members to limber up a couple fingers and type away and contribute once in awhile. Strategies and ideas are an important part of what this Forum is all about, and yet only a few contribute. Just my opinion, in any case.

Karnac, registration is required in order to simply view threads, so that may explain the membership to lurker ratio. Furthermore, I have noticed a significant decline in the 649 forum activity since the price change last month. The 649 forum was by far the most active forum before that.

Myself, I am still trying to work out the kinks in my Ontario 49 reasoning. I don't play the 649 any more. Having a hell of a time getting any kind of consistent results in my new weekly game - Ont.49. I figure I should start seeing some sort of a pattern after a few more draws and will start posting picks again in that forum.

Well we did have at least one newer, actively contributing member of late but she was scared off by all the political diatribing.... Not to mention the personal........ (!)
Do you mean posting in the 6/49 thread per se?
If so, many have already abandoned 6/49. Some of the other threads are alive and well - this board is definitely morphing to include much more than 6/49, especially with international people being drawn.
