It's just grouping the numbers, from cold, played once in a certain number of draws, played twice in the last certain number of draws and so on... then I pick some from each column, sometimes as much as 4 from the 'played once' column - because that seems to do well, last few draws though there have been numbers that have recently played twice, playing a third time and fourth time before half the pool has even played once.
