what happen to top 20 numbers?

Someone else asked this same question (I think it was about the same top 20) a short time ago and I tried to direct them to 6/49 section, Picks thread. If it is LT's 20 numbers, then they are posted there under any given Can 6/49 lottery draw date. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong about this.
