what are the best combos to play 6/49

Hi Mikki,
I'm guessing by you're number of posts that you're new to this board; if that's the case, welcome!
I'd like to help you but I need to first get a better understanding of your question. Without that, I'm afraid the best I can muster for now is that there are no 'best combinations to play 6/49". It all depends on what you're trying to achieve, how many numbers you are able to narrow down your guess to and how much money you're willing to invest on a per/draw basis.
Looking forward to clarification so I can be of further assistance.

I wasn't sure if I'd find any familiar names but good to see there are a few left. I stopped playing after they jacked up the price but I recently came up with a new angle on an idea I was throwing around about 2 years ago so I thought, "what the heck!". I'm still not playing yet but I'm testing out my theory so I thought I'd post my predictions and see what comes of it. So far, it's good to be back.
Once I hit the forum, I notice the conspicuous absence of a certain 'king' poster so I investigated and found LT's notice to the posse. Nasty bit of business, as they say in the UK.
Anyway, back to Mikki's question, since you're looking for pairs, I'm probably the wrong guy to ask as I don't use that in my system but I'm sure some others here probably have some insights on that.

I can give you that for Can 6/49, if that's what you want. Chances are they are already posted somewhere on this forum in some long ago thread, too, if you want to go looking. But first, please advise what you are looking for exactly.

Goswinus just gave me the permission to post his two best sets for the Canadian 6/49 and the Super 7!
For the Canadian 6/49 If you take the 6 numbers that comes the most often you will see that you don't have that many match 4-5 or 6...Goswinus went further and found the best overall performing set of 6 numbers for that lottery...
