Can any one give me the following info.
I need to make up 12 lines of 4 numbers each covering 48 of the 49 numbers in the lotto game.
No line should have a duplicate number and is made from past repeating quads with the most hits.
EG
8-10-47-49
12-28-36-40
19-30-34-44
These lines have hit 3 times in the past.
I need to continue this until I have used 48 numbers into the 12 lines.
Any help please!
